“He began to speak boldly in the synagogue. When Priscilla and Aquila heard him, they invited him to their home and explained to him the way of God more adequately.” Acts 18:26 NIV
Observation
Priscila and Aquila were a couple that helped Paul for a few years and here they were left in Ephesus, where they saw the potential in Apolo and began to help him to flourish his ministry.
Application
The same way Priscilla and Aquila hosted Apolo and invited him to their house to begin mentoring him, I can do this to others.
- See the potential in other people.
- Invite them home
- Help them to flourish their ministry.
Prayer
Father, help me to see the potential in others to be able to invest time and resources into their lives. In Jesus’ name, I pray.
