“After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands.”
Heaven will be filled with an uncountable amount of people.
There will be diversity as people will be from everywhere: every nation, every tribe, every people group, and every language.
All united to worship and give praises to God.
I remember while serving onboard the OM Ships when I used to lead the worship, one of the most beautiful times was when we invite people from different languages to come on stage and sing that same hymn in their native language.
It was a very unique time that only lived on board that ship, and nowhere else because there were more than 40 different nationalities onboard.
Heaven will be like that: diversity with unity.
I am very excited about that day to come.
Meanwhile, living a life obeying Jesus’ commandment:
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Lord, blessed me your name. Thank you for the diversity inside the church. Help us to walk united to accomplish the commandment you left us. In your name, I pray.
