Observation
It seems that one of the reasons of our sufferings and troubles, is so in the future we are able to comfort and help those going through similar challenges that we did in the past.
It gives us the authority to speak on subjects that isn’t a theory for us, but that we went through, saw and lived God’s grace abundant.
But in either distress or in comfort, we go through that for the sake of others too ([[2 Cor 1#6|v6]] ).
We share sufferings with one another. We share comfort. And that is what makes us a church.
Application
When I am going through trials, and maybe I can not see how God could use that situation in my live, remember that the journey that I am going through can bring hope for someone in the future that will pass a similar jouney.
Sharing with each other what is going on in my life, can help me to listen how God was faith to another person in the same area, and bring hope to my situation now.
Prayer
Heavenly Father, help me to listen to people stories. For those who are suffering now, may my life’s journey be used to comfort them and show the hope we have in Christ. And when I am in a challenge situation, help me to open my heart and share with them, so I can also listen to the amazing stories of how you intervened in their lives. In Jesus’ name, I pray.
