Praise the Lord!
Praise the Lord from the heavens!
Praise him from the skies!
2 Praise him, all his angels!
Praise him, all the armies of heaven!
3 Praise him, sun and moon!
Praise him, all you twinkling stars!
4 Praise him, skies above!
Praise him, vapors high above the clouds!
5 Let every created thing give praise to the Lord,
for he issued his command, and they came into being.
6 He set them in place forever and ever.

Observation
I am reminded today to whom I am praising. It is the God of the Heavenly hosts. It is the One whom all angels and heaven bows down to. It is the One who created everything! All that is on earth and in the heavens praise God Almighty!
Our praise is not just a song but us living out the purpose and plan that God has created us for. It is all for His glory as we live and breathe, to just exist is not for ourselves. Man is the only one who had been given freewill to choose to praise the Creator or His creation. Which one are we? Additionally, are we being reverent in our praise we offer to God? I am challenged today to check my heart today. I am challenged to keep in check how I am living, is it for His glory or am I robbing God of the glory for myself? Praise is a our life. It is what we were created for – to praise Yahweh. Let us join with all heaven and earth in lifting praises to God with our lives.
Application
Praise has become limited to songs we sing before church service begins and when church ends. But praise shouldn’t end there. Let all I do be praise onto Jesus! Let all facets of my life be an offering of praise to Jesus. Let me be steeped in reverence to the One who allowed me to live again in His Name, In His Mercy and Grace. In my playtime and work, let it all be done for His glory. Let me always be reminded it is for His glory I exist!
Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father, thank you so much for Your Word to me this morning! It is You who have created me! You have blessed me with this day to be alive to give You glory! Praise be to Your Name, Jesus! I know I will drift in out of doing things for my glory, please remind me that I am no longer I am living for myself, but You who live in me! I love you Jesus! Thank you! All praises, all worship, all glory to You, Jesus! In Your beautiful name, Jesus! Amen!
